It looks like a stalled project that the front bumper cracked on after being repainted, It looks like it might look half decent if it were cleaned, buffed out and the front bumper redone, and assembled of course!

Hang on, hard to read because you went too fast. But, I believe the hood said Ram Air IV. Which is THE big dog 370hp motor. Which is probably why the motor is gone. Ram Air IV's on a Judge sell at the big auctions for over $100, 000. That one needs restored with the original motor if it can be found.
