Your team will never have another chance like you have now, look at who was the coach for the all star team that beat the US Olympic team. My 8th grade son could make that decision, look at the most recent practice, when your star player needs rest.

The FEVER only has 14 games left, what are you trying to accomplish at this point? Your cardio isn't going to be improved enough to make any difference at this point. Practices like this will cause injuries or tire you players, if you wanted to sabotage the team this is how you'd do it.

Xs and Os, new plays and changes to address weaknesses. They were weak, most of the year in rebounds, second chance points given up and steals. But they were playing three guards and two bigs most of the year.... So of course their rebounding and second chance points allowed will be weak.
