The double and the princess royal is the best drama I’ve watched this year. And I rarely rewatch drama, but these two are so exceptionally well done I can’t help myself.

I've watched The Double, The Princess Royal, and My Wife's Double Life and recommend all of these. Just a side note, My Wife's Double Life is a very slow burn romance. Personally, I love slow burns and when they finally fall for each other, it is well worth the wait. The second couple in My Wife's Double Life is also worth the wait. Currently watching The Sword and The Brocade and so far I'm loving it. I'm 20 episodes in. This one is also a slow burn romance, but once again, well worth the wait.

Some of those on the list are old releases, certainly not 2024 - misleading. Joy of Life Season 2 and In Blossom which are 2024 releases are both excellent but not mentioned here. If we go a little further back to 2023, The Kunning Palace is excellent but not mentioned; Wang Xing Yue is one of the leads - as in The Double. And A Journey to Love (2023) is very good too.
