The MeRCIS (Medical Robotics and Computer Integrated Surgery) lab at CWRU is currently working on making the popular Da Vinci surgical robot autonomously suture patients to both assist surgeons and let them work on more patients. Join Dr. Russell Jackson and Der-Lin Chow as they explain their plan and demonstrate the robot.
