here's a easy way to get your hands ready...
Do f, 1, d/f
I know this isn't the motion, but for slow right hand players....you would be doing the input right on time. It's just coordination with your brain and hand that is the problem...this is how I start doing it with no problem

You find EWGF easier because you input "d" when doing your OTGF ;)

Kortney: 1 is lp, 2 is rp, 3 is lk, and 4 is rk. The plus sign indicates that the respective buttons need to be pressed at the same time.

Svensk? :)

Simply put you improve your execution by practice, not much I can do to help other than to tell you to keep working at it.
EWGF and OTGF take a lot of time to master, especially if you want to implement both into your game, which requires sick consistancy.

Less demanding but still super effective: Lars, Bob, Miguel, Paul, Leo

I'd say(for japanese sticks and on 2p side at least) f, n, df is harder to execute than f, n, d, df for me. My reason being that going from n to f, a single direction, gives you more room and a wider angle to move to achieve the direction. Going from neutral to a double directional input runs the risk of activating 1 direction before the other which is caused by not moving the stick linearly at the right angle which isn't a concern when dealing with a neutral to a single direction.

Thank you for the tutorial. I'm a Brawler with Heihachi and I was trying to do the blue spark upper cut. Thanks a lot!!!

If you got 2 d/f's on the screen, it means you didn't hit the LP with the d/f, you input the d/f later than you should.

What's funny is I'm a better left-side player, but I can do EWGF's and OTGF's on the right side better. I've seen your EWGF tutorial before and it helped me alot with Kaz and Heihachi.

On P2, I also execute OTGF wih f, d, df+1. Please note, that there is no neutral input - f, N, d, df+1 will not work! It has the advantage, that it almost uses the same muscle memory like EWGF; you just need to hold the joystick (only applies to arcade sticks) a bit different. On P1, I still need more consistency, but it's definitely easier for me to input f, N, df+1 than f, d, df+1. So, I use both notations ;)!

The OTGF is so much easier for me than the electric uppercut.
