I got a used one and can’t seem to clear totals. It’s on R&C Batch Waiting. If I press continue it sorts the coins. But if I press end or stop nothing happens.

How do you guarantee that Cummins will adequately provide preventative maintenance after you sign and pay dearly for such service ? I was in Baltimore and the Branch Office was signing tickets majorly without the work being completed. That is "Theft of Service" and in a word...TROUBLING ! Preventative maintenance, what a scam !
