I noted of all the examples of how the demonic can enter two of these stood out. First abuse and second habitual sin. I was sexually molested when I was 8 years old. I have reached out to counseling in 2017 for this after years of keeping this buried out of shame. As of writing this however I am struggling with addiction and it's truly a battle. I can tell you from first-hand experience childhood molestation is pure evil and it devastates anyone who has suffered this!! Please pray for me!! 🙏

Thank you for sharing Father. I recently came back to the church. Had my first confession of 10 years a couple weeks ago. Getting those sins off my soul has truly done wonders. Daily rosary praryer, and prayers. Attending Mass on Sundays, reading scripture is changing me in ways I never thought possible. The devil had many footholds in my life, but I want to walk with Christ.

The devil entered my life in the form of a manipulative partner. I almost lost myself, but you can come back, if you can recognize the devil that you once thought was an angel. Once you recognize dark intent, your survival instincts, God, everything, tells you to get away, and will protect you in order to do so. Fr Vincent is a very important disciple of Christ. Bless his life and ministry. Anyone who says the devil doesn't exist simply doesn't know. I've been there and it was horrible, but it's over now thanks to the Lord and his Blessed Mother. It's not a mental health issue, it's a spiritual reality whether we want to believe or not. IDK why but when he said the demon wouldn't cooperate but instead scrambled up the phrase and said "grace of full" gave me chills. Because that encapsulates their nature: to twist, pervert things, take them out of order into disorder. It's like an element of defiantly evil playfulness
