This looks really tasty!!!...Those sun dried tomatoes look much dryer than the type that I buy at Target...I could probbz make it with a little less oil since my tomatoes are packed in oil!

Stouffer's use to make a pasta bowl with a sun dried tomato pesto sauce on fusilli pasta. It had something in it that had the consistency of meat. Sort of like how a pizza with double cheese feels like. Any ideas what it could be?
