From the moment I decided to prioritize my health at 14/15 years old, my life has significantly improved day by day, year by year in every aspect.

The results from exercise, eating healthy, quality sleep, hydration and so on.. goes much beyond a change in physical appearance. That is just the tip of the iceberg.

Along the journey you will develop discipline and mental fortitude. You will instill strength and confidence as an individual. You will establish respect for yourself and from others. You will be happier and love yourself more than ever as you continue to progress which makes you a better person to your friends, family and the rest of the world. You will understand the value of delayed gratification. You will learn what you are capable of as a human being and put your self in the position to make the most of this gift called life.

The list goes on and on. The power of great health increases the quality of life in every aspect but you'll never quite understand until you get started.
