Some of the Dakota County judges lack any insight about domestic abuse. Shannon was abusing the court system by his constant baiting his partners and scaring them. This is egregious and the Dakota County Judge has blood on his hands. This judge enabled Shannon. This judge killed two police officer. This judge killed a first responder. This judge kill Shannon Gooden. This judge has permanently shattered these children with PTSD. This judge needs to be held accountable.
