There's a New Team in Town, Part 2

"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.

I thought that this dance was better technique wise, but as an overall performance I think I would have preferred the original. I feel like the original one was kind of mysterious cause all the girls died or they ran off stage. It gave me chills when the swing set was still swinging and the stage was empty. It was a good number!!

I feel like brooke was an element of the original dance that you just can't do without

I don't know if people will agree with me, but I preferred the season one version. This one is obviously better technique wise, but I feel like the original girls danced better as a group. The two groups portrayed the story very differently, though.

Though the boy was more technical.. no one can do Brooke's part the way she did🤷‍♂️

This was nothing like season one. It was pretty to watch, but season one was dark and interesting. The girls told a dark story in the original and this was just more boring.

SEASON ONE WAS WAAYYY BETTER.The acting, the group reliance on each other, and simply the choreography was better.

I like the originals better, they added the emotions and made me feel goosebumps. Paige jumping off stage, nia checking herself, kenzie and vivian playing swing and chloe seemingly stabbing herself added all the emotions and creepiness but not in a bad way. The performances the girls did together as an original group made them who they were it compiled all the talents they had in contemporary, hip hop, lyrical ext.

I personally love both. If we had a combined group of Brooke, Paige, Maddie, Chloe, Brynn and Darrion doing the dance, it would’ve been beyond perfect as the first four added a lot to the number, but the last two for this piece did amazing too.

At least Brynn is dancing with people who are closer to her technique, flexibility, and control levels, but idk i think i prefer he original because it had a different storyline that i preferred but they were still all amazing in this.

Abby only did Where Have All The Children Gone because she was scared she was gonna lose to the Irreplaceables

It’s interesting how the same dance can how two totally different stories. So awesome.
