DVSwitch Server for AllStarLink Version 3 - Part 1

Greetings Crusaders!! Here is the "HOW - TO" for installing and setting up DVSwitch Server onto your AllStarLink v3 Node! Here is Part 1 of 2

"HAM ON Y'ALL!!!"

If your DVSwitch Dashboard does not load, then goto the command line and run this as root

Install DVSwitch:

chmod +x bookworm
./bookworm
apt update
apt install dvswitch-server

To get the configuration for dvswitch:

cd /usr/local/dvs
./dvs

apt install php-cgi libapache2-mod-php8.2

then reboot

To change the talkgroup dynamically, goto the command line and type in

I set up a dvswitch server with ASL 3 years ago. I notice that there have been no updates to the dvswitch server project since before then. It seems to have been abandoned. My Dvswitch/Allstar server still works great though.

The whole DVSwitch Site/Domain has been down for some weeks now. Does anyone know whats going on???
