Secrets of Šibenik 🇭🇷 Exploring Abandoned Places | Croatia

We explored abandoned coastal guns and bunkers connected by tunnels on a sea-side cliff in Croatia. Built by the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in the 30s, they did not see action until the 12 days they lasted during the Axis Invasion of WW2. We then explore a mysterious Austro-Hungarian Building that was most recently a police station before being abandoned. Lastly, we come across a weird little island in the middle of a lake/ abandoned Salt field.

Those old Austro Hungrarian buildings have imo very nice architecture sadly to be so devastated now. Downtown Zagreb is made by AH and after 2020 earthquake I only look up when walking, facedes were ruble even before. :D (bit exaggerating) but yeah. I'm no too comfy. Happy NY

Kingdom off Yugoslavia fell fast becase Serbs were only one who fighted..Croats sided immediately with Axis, like already on second day off invasion..while Serbia was attacked by Germans, Hyngary and Bulgaria ... Romania while not directly giving army gived artillery support and free passage for Axis ..so from all sides ..while Italian entered try Istria
