I absolutely love that car.
The cars of the late 40's and 50's were so beautiful.

The seller doubled his money and Rick got his deal. Win/win. Old Man was happy too. Bet he drove it home. Was fun to watch. Great video

That's what i like most about vintage cars! when kept in such fine condition like this they look even more awesome today than the day they were built.

Notice that Danny always calls the old man Sir. That's some oldschool respect.

Obviously the History channel hit a mark with pawn stars. A dawning for their reality shows. I miss the old man. I spent so many hours watching.

Gorgeous car, man. You can easily tell it was cared for, cherished.

I just love how the old man is there at the back like a boss, as in like a 50's mob boss...

The reason they were so roomy was due to the innovation Hudson made in how the floor pans sat in the chassis. If you watch closely as people climb into the car, they actually step down. Riding in one is a real treat.

Kept original and in good shape, these beautiful old classics only go up in price.

I cant believe the old man is gone. I worked at the pawnshop from 2000-2005. He hired me.

A very dependable car, and my best friend's Dad bought it for him as a first car when we were almost 16. We drove it around on the ice in a soybean day doing what they call "drifting" today. The car was beautiful inside too. Chrome ashtrays, trim, nice carpet, ! Solid steel, heavy, but was a marshmallow on the road 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Danny and Rick are peas in a pod when it comes to lowballing the sellers.

That was a great bargain for that car. Seller should have held firm at $25, 000, because today it's definitely worth more

When people say 'I have seen one sold at auction for' and then give a price, they fail to understand one thing. An Auction house can show the final bid as sold, but that does not mean the people who made said bid bought it. All to often an item is held up due to the final reserve, or the final bidder changed their mind. Auction Houses do not have to tell you the difference between a true sale or a final bid.
