I really REALLy hope this scene means something. The fact ishida got his powers back from being shot in the heart. In the new anima when his powers are activated you can see lighting exploding from his chest where he was shot. I hope kubo makes this the reason Ishida is different then other quinces. He used his grandfather's old technique which could severe his connection to the quincy King making Ishida his own Quincy no longer under the quicny King.
