PSY 321: Resilience and Post Traumatic Growth

In this video, CSUMB students address how traumatic events can affect college students, and discuss the concepts of post-traumatic growth and resilience. The video includes interviews with CSUMB’s Suicide Prevention Coordinator, Allen McClellan, and Psychology professor Dr. Christine Valdez. CSUMB students are also interviewed. Resources for students described in the video include individual counseling, group counseling, and workshops at the Personal Growth and Counseling Center (PGCC).
