hi, sir.i am working on a real-time image based herbicide applicator. I will have to detect green colour(weed) from soil background and apply herbicide. My problem is under varying lightning condition how can fix the threshold value to detect green colour. How can I make a robust system that can work under different conditions?

I am new to programming. I have been wanting to make a few Robots and I want them to be able to identify each other and their body language. For that I want to employ Open CV.
I don't have a computer yet.
What computer do you recommend. I want to by a laptop for portability. The Robots may incorporate Pi or Arduino cameras boards and other sensor hardware.
