TheStradman BOUGHT the Famous LEWIS HAMILTON Koenigsegg Agera!

@TheStradman has bought his true dream car! This very Koenigsegg, the Agera HH, is the one that Lewis Hamilton famously drove on Gumball 3000, it's also the same car that James jump started from his Audi TT after the rally, and now it's shining in hot pink under the Arizona sun!

After the quest to purchase his next hypercar, replacing the previous Bugatti Veyron, Strad managed to track down a car that means more to him than any other in the world, the Koenigsegg Agera HH. It's one of only 56 Ageras, only 5 of which are the S spec, and it's also one of the first cars the factory made that wore a 'name', in this case chassis number 99 is the HH after the first owner David Heinemeier Hansson.

Back in 2015, this car took part in the Gumball 3000 rally, when it was driven by none other than Formula 1 world champion, Lewis Hamilton, for the final stage of the Stockholm to Las Vegas event. Starting from downtown Los Angeles, Lewis was given his induction before an adventurous couple of days followed to Las Vegas. Well documented at the time, the car ran out of fuel in Death Valley, Nevada, before post-rally it was parked at the Bellagio hotel car park and the battery had gone dead. That is where James attempted to use his then Audi TT to jump start it, definitely starting a close connection with the car that nearly a decade later would go on to be his own.

Today, we're in Arizona where Strad Pizza has just been announced, and we're taking the Egg out for a drive! I cannot congratulate James enough for what he has done to make this happen, and of course a huge thanks for the opportunity to drive this insane machine.

What timing with today's news that Lewis Hamilton will be going to Ferrari for the 2025 season! Of course we didn't know that at the time of driving, but one of the greatest F1 drivers of all time had a part to play in the history of this very Koenigsegg Agera too. Congratulations to Strad on this insane purchase, his true dream car!
