Try using Aspen4 chainsaw fuel. It produces much less taint to your food than road fuel or the Coleman white spirit. It also produces less carbon on your stove and pans. I've had 2 off Sportster 533's for about 12 years now and Aspen 4 gives the best burn of the various fuels I've tried.

I got a used Coleman Peak1 Dual Fuel because I saw how well yours worked, the 533 is hard to find in stock. The peak has a collar around the burner so it burns better in the wind.

I scored one of these 2 weeks ago. And finally figured how to use it. And wow it works well. And i paid a whopping 10 dollars for it.

Fond memories of my youth when suddenly became homeless and had to live in a crack house. Every night was camping season with a portable propane stove just to cook my food to survive

Yry it on gasoline and see is there's a difference. I like the idea of using regular gasoline instead of naphtha gas.

Coleman fuel is best as it smell less. Petrol fumes in your food is an acquired taste. Interestingly mine came with a plastic carry case.
