I'd defiantly recommend using a little lithium grease with the graphite added to the drive side crankarm and chain ring interface, I've had issues with it creaking and the grease helped a lot.

Hi there, thanks for the video, I'm trying to build the exact same setup as you but with Aldhu Carbon cranks, but I have a qns. Does the non-drive side bearing preload ring come with the spacer set/cranks or must be purchased separately?

Any advice on how to take out the crank from the frame? It’s impossible on mine, it’s really hard. Is there any specific way that needs to be taken out?

What is that cooler for with the little screw (the small one you tighten with a red handled tool) ? I’m sure the width of that is throwing out my Q-factor. After using Ultegra crankset and moving to a short Rotor crank - are my feet further apart?
