Dear Yamaha Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding fraud in bike delivery, Model Fz-S V4 I have booked on 29-09-2024 from Rishaan Motors LLP, Pune.

The bike delivery date was 22-10-2024. When I went to the store to receive my newly booked bike Fz-S v4, the salesman tried to give a damaged bike, it was not a small scratch, the bike was damaged and the salesman (Veer) knows the Issue two days back but still he tried to deliver the same bike without solving the problem, there were many parts and scratches on the bike too. I approached them to replace the bike, but they completely refused. I am now very disappointed and wondering how they keep the damaged bike in the showroom for delivery, it is my goodness that I recognize the problem before taking the delivery.

I am very disappointed with this kind of service. How is an organization like Yamaha trying to commit fraud with me.

I will be grateful if you look into this matter and provide a solution. Otherwise I will resort to legal proceedings.
