Hey, there.

If you're a Mac users, please understand that MacOS currently does not support MST, and using a single USB-C cable won't allow you to have 2 extended screens, but only extend to duplicate screens.


Hope you can find your perfect KVM. ; )

1) may I know if the 2 monitors can be switched between both laptops on command? so from 2 monitors to 1 laptop A switch to 1 monitor to 1 laptop A and one monitor to laptop B switch to 2 monitors to laptop B ?
2) does this support gaming with 120Hz or 60 Hz?

I’ve been using this for several weeks now and i have experienced disconnecting issues for several seconds many times on desktop machine. It reconnects after several seconds so it’s not much a problem when you work, but it’s a big issue if you are playing games.

I bought this and just set it up an hour ago. It was fairly easy to set up. I have a MacBook Pro 2019 and a Lenovo Thinkpad sharing 1 monitor.

First off, I actually like this! It makes work and my personal projects so much easier to toggle back and forth whenever I need!

My issue now is that I wanted to connect my Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse so I wouldn’t have to use two kinds. I was able to connect my these to my Thinkpad, however, when I switched back to the MacBook, it disconnected the mouse and keyboard. When I switched it back to the Thinkpad, it disconnected there as well.

Is this just a glitch or did I do something wrong?

I am not super techie and trying to learn about KVM and what I need. I have 2 laptops and 2 monitors. I want to be able to display pc 1 on 1 monitor and pc 2 on the second monitor and be able to switch and use the mouse on either screen / laptop. Will this support that? I didn't see how you woudl switch the mouse and keyboard from one monitor to the other.

Hi, does it work with a MacBook Air M2 and Microsoft Surface Laptop 3? Or will I only be able to use one external monitor with my MacBook Air M2?

The built in MST function, is this limited to two screens? My current Docking station has one DP port that goes to a 3-Port DisplayPort 1.2 Splitter to have 3 screens. Could i easily replace my current dock with the C20? it has everything else i need, just i'm hungry for 3 screens. 😀

Is the iDock C20 compatible with the Lenovo thinkpads T14s Gen 1 & 2? These laptops usually require a docking station and I was wondering if I could bypass the docking station with the IDock c20?

If it does how many watts?
If two machines are plugged are both charged or only the current active machine set by the KVM?
Is this powered by its own adapter? Is the adapter autovolt (supports both 110v and 220v)?

Is there anyway to remove / change the Hotkeys for swapping screens??? Mine are on the mouse buttons and i hit them randomly when i dont want to change the screens, this kinda a problem....

It is not clear in the video or product description. In addition to switching all peripherals (both monitors), does this dock support split mode where laptop1 can use 1 monitor and laptop2 uses the other monitor?
