OpenCV Python Meanshift Camshift Object Tracking

In this video, I will go over how to do object tracking in OpenCV using python in VS Code. The two main methods I will cover are meanshift and camshift. Camshift is an adaptive version of meanshift, which can be useful if you object is moving and changing in size in your video frames.
