Keshav Bhatt is a 24 year-old youth coach, speaker & founder of a social enterprise called Revolution Hive. The dynamic enterprise is preparing young people for real life through education & coaching programmes that make them think beyond the average. He believes that higher education is no longer able to develop the social reformers we once knew, and that there is a gap between what you pay for and what you really get out of university. By taking education into one's own hands and understanding the core of what needs to be changed is what he envisions will spawn the leaders of tomorrow.

I would add that the curriculum definitely makes a difference, and the right lesson plans/format/structure, along with great teachers, can really bring out the best in a student. Shout out to the educators at Udacity. Their curriculum is fantastic and really makes me want to learn more.

Its time for students to use their education as a means of expressing themselves, in what is needed in today's society - instead of retreating into a passive state and accepting the norm. We must education as a seed for growth, instead of expecting the fruits so suddenly.

What I feel that career coumcelling is done very late in student' s life - e.g. after they hv finished studies . In my opinion, observing child's innate nature is duty of parents and teachers equally . Many children want to become doctors simply because they feel they can heel ppl . Or many want to become engineers to make buildings or become scientists, without seeing the other side of the coin . ( tolerance of seeing sick ppl, surgery, or sacrifices related to professions, etc ). Most of ppl hv limited money or take loans . It's sad that after getting education from good universities, they find it of no use . If academic record is good, one needs to either settle down in chosen line or study subjects complimenting his main subject or hobbies, instead of dumping the degree .
