Prestidigitation can technically do this, but if the BBEG is larger than 1 cubic foot might be not large enough; Meaning a wish spell might be necessary.

I've never seen a PC ever cast wish in a campaign but if I were to ever have it I'd cast this version every night before bed if I have the slot unused on the bbeg. I assume something this powerful has unlimited range.
