When I found that ➡️ every single thought is just the minds attempt to solve an uncomfortable emotional state, I was completely mind blown.
My whole perspective on life changed.
I stopped having “problems” all together and started to understand that challenging situations may come and go.
The difference between a problem and a challenge is that the mind is fundamentally resisting reality.
And the part of the reality that is being resisted is always 👉🏽 an emotional state.
So the more I focused on the uncomfortable emotion, the less that emotion controlled me and started to lose its grip.
My mind thinks clearer, there is more trust and then I can come back to solving a challenge without suffering fear, resistance and helplessness.
