Thanks for this video, we are staying there in October for 8 nights. Question - Do you have any idea if the Garuda Wing is in the renovated section or the older section? I have emailed the hotel but they haven't replied. I am just a bot concerned we may experience similar issues to you with the room. It's not a huge issue, I am just curious.

We here 3 times each time was slowing going downhill which was a great shame for the price you pay for this hotel 😮
