I think one misconception people have is that "If you just do training range or play the game, you'll improve anyways, so you don't need Aim trainers."
The goal isn't just to improve, but to improve quickly. Everyone improves over time, and to rank up, you need to improve *Faster* than your competition.

qotd: for me sixshot because it's like gridshot but 10x harder because the targets are too small meaning it will train your precision

Qotd: tracking exercises, like Valorant Headshot Tracking (I believe A site Ascent, can’t remember). Arc Tracking helps out against Jett and Raze players who like to close the distance.

Let me tell u guys who coming from any other fps other than csgo, im top 50-100 in common scenarios in kovaaks like 1w6s, 1w5s pasu, i was top 1 in aimlab tracking at one time, and also i have grandmaster level in aimlab, mostly top 100 in every scenarios im play, and my aim is really good for any fps except csgo/valorant. Im stucked at dia 3. A lot but it doesnt matter since everyone can easily hs me before i do anything, even golds on my smurf.. aim trainers are really good for fun and make ur aim better in games like cod, destiny, overwatch, quake etc. But in valorant/csgo u will earn much more from dm and simply practicing the angles on every map...

I've been using aimlab for a while now and my aim has actually gotten worse. i placed plat last act and wanted to hit diamond, now i'm literally G2 and struggling. my aim feels terrible.

i like doing the tracking exercises. something is seriously wrong with my tracking if i prefer to flick on a person that's unaware of me than keeping my crosshair on his head and just getting the easy kill

In short: it's does, i was new to pc before I had PS4, and i played valorant, Apex, warzone it was really shit can't even aim, and i killed 2 in 12 games in valorant, after founding out aimlab i downloaded and played for first time but when I tried for first time my body muscles turned to like umm.. like strong like you can't keep aim, then second day it seems to be very less noticeable and my aim was somewhat great after spending more than 20 hour i managed to hit head little easier but not always after grinding 200 hour, now aim is almost like aimbot
