I don't think americans understand how rude and dangerous it's to film strangers in Europe countries, mostly in France. It's dangerous for the person, because they may have a stalker and rude because they don't want to be in someone videos whose zooming on them for clout and money. But also dangerous for themselves like you can litteraly catch a case, or even pay a fine, you may even get banned from the country but the worst case is filming someone who will throw hands at you, because no ones does that here, so you'll be considered as a creep or people will think you're mocking them, there might even be people ganging up on you.
