You requested it, so here I am at Panda Express. It's slim pickings here because they use lots of sugar, flavor enhancers, and ingredients that I'd rather you try to avoid! But hey, I did find a few healthy'ish options.

I used to eat at Panda Express everyday before work... and I mean everyday... sometimes I would get the bigger plate... and well... 3 months later I learn I am 297lbs, have type 2 diabetes and a liver full of fat cells (but not quite fatty liver disease yet...no pain or any of the other symptoms yet). All of it forced me to start taking my diet much more seriously and it lead me to this channel. I had no idea how much shit I was putting into my body... and it's everywhere... so I'm glad there are people like Bobby who take the time to research all the deceptive ingredients in our food.

This is probably one of the best behind chipotle and possibly subway, they literally have one of the fewest ingredients i have seen out of all the fast food you reviewed. It really doesn't have the insanely bad stuff that was in all the fast food. Obviously there are the oils and MSG because its fast food but to be honest for a fast food chain, that brown rice and teriyaki chicken is probably the cleanest fast food meals I have seen! If you know how to choose and look the at the ingredients panda express is a good option beside chipotle and possibly subway!

Wow! Maltodexrin is not only in almost everything they serve, but also near the top of the ingredient list. I'd be having a full blown IBS episode if I ate there! I wonder how many people are like me who didn't realize that their IBS, or gut problems are solely being caused by this (Maltodexrin is also known as "Modified Corn Starch").
