One day while reading the lineage of Jesus in Matthew, it struck me how many unknown people are in His lineage. I wondered if they sometimes thought why am I here or what is my purpose?. They never knew that simply by their existence they were helping to bring the Son of God into the world.

Somethings up. In the middle of the first reading in mass today, I suddenly think (like it's some sort of revelation) "Oh my gosh, we have to let everyone in the world know about Jesus!". I'm an old life long Catholic. This is not news. Yet I felt as though Peter himself was talking to me. And now this. Me thinks the Holy Spirit is roaming the earth. God bless.

Thank you 🙏 I live basically as a housewife home most of the time praying for about 4 hours a day. I’m not doing a ton in the world but as a lay Nun I get to pray and care for my husband and grown children. And prayer is a role. Thank you for all the work you are doing to share the Gospel. I am starting Young Adult group at my parish because the Parochial Vicar shared that my age and demographic (mid-20’s and single) are being neglected. Being called to it gave me various feelings, one of which was basically “Why me? There have to be better people for this than me.” I’ve since then realized that God called me and has supported me since that, despite my self-doubt. He wants me because he knows what I can do better than I do.

Thanks for sharing the message Matt, it helps me stay humble but hungry for God’s will. God bless you and your ministry. I will not like or subscribe ;)

I so agree. I my family is distanced from the Catholic Fairh. I will be 80 August first. l keep my old lady worrying the beads to myself.polycarp was 86 and was not shy. He died a martyr with joy.

Thank you, this is a video I'll be coming back to in hard times. It's another reminder that humble boldness and bold humility are really the only way to go with God and ourselves-- That does not come easily to me, but I'm beginning to more viscerally understand the need for it, and reach after it in my own life. Well, yes. If we remember always that we are at spiritual warfare it will help us keep our own failures in perspective. We fall and get up. A life of repentance is nothing more nor nothing less.
