We'll never reach gender equality if men aren't engaged. These men are smashing stereotypes in Uganda and raising awareness of issues like child marriage and girls' education.

With our Champions of Change programme, we’re working around the world to challenge stereotypes and tackle negative beliefs and behaviours around gender from an early age.

To achieve the promise of gender equality we need a worldwide movement. The private sector, governments, NGOs, all of us MUST come together to tackle damaging stereotypes and attitudes.

Now, this is brilliant feminism. Girls should go to school and have lives out of family and childcare

In Uganda there's nothing like gender equality, these days it's about women on top. Everything girls, girls education, girl child support, scholarships for girls to mention but a few, boys are never thought of on anything most of them are suffering with addictions, drop in numbers in school compared to girls, and no NGO even the government is caring. Some people would say this the other way round, but there's no equality in supporting one side of the equation, because a future without responsible men is a disaster to both the future men and women.
