Kristin Cavallari Accuses Jay Cutler of ‘Marital Misconduct’ in Divorce Docs

In court documents obtained by ET, Cavallari cites ‘marital misconduct’ and ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for their split. Now, a source tells ET that they have been ‘having issues as a couple for a while.’

I actually hate making judgement calls on other people’s relationships, and it’s terrible that this is so public. (However voluntary, esp. when you opt to have a reality show about your life) BUT I will say that I actually saw them as totally compatible in how different they were, he appeared to be a stabilizing, humbling force in her otherwise more outgoing lifestyle, and she brought out the quirky funny side of him that made them both so lovable and funny together. I saw a balance there. Behind closed doors though, who’ll ever really know, but I certainly hope they can move forward in the best interest of their kiddies. 🙏

We are all so quick to judge! Divorces are horrible, everyone suffers specially the children who are young. Whatever the reasons are, I hope they can settle their differences and get equitable distribution of assets without further damaging themselves and their kids. I went through a divorce and it really is like a death. I wish you luck.

"While Jay was playing, she was basically a single mom for eight years. Jay claiming he’s the primary caretaker is completely untrue. How DARE people magazine compare pampered little Kristin with that of a SINGLE MOM? Do they even know what a single mom is???? Gross. Do they know the amount of time, energy and sacrifices it takes to be a single mom? And then they want to say her number one priority is her kids? No. Kristins #1 priority is Kristin. If she cared a lick about those kids she wouldn't have constantly been embarrassing Jay on her show and wanting to get rid of him all the time. He WORSHIPED her and in my opinion thats where he messed up because she grew increasingly spoiled with his generosity.
