Probably you might have blocked someone accidentally and you'd like to retrieve back his/her number. Luckily, WhatsApp saves the list of all the blocked contacts.
How To See Blocked Contacts On WhatsApp
Launch WhatsApp
Tap on the Settings icon at the bottom right of the screen on iOS. For Android, tap on the three dots at the top right corner, then tap on Settings
Tap on Privacy, then select Blocked Contacts
You can now view all the contacts that you've blocked on WhatsApp.
