Thank you. Have you experimented with Anchor instead of Positioning? (Around 1:45) if you double click on the Program monitor, the control handles with appear. Then move the Anchor point to where you want to “focus” the zoom. From there it’s just a matter of creating Scale key frames without worrying about positioning.

This is great for slowly zooming into a face for dramatic effect.

I’m sure you already know this, but if you don’t I’m happy I got to — in a very small way — give back for how much I’ve learned from you.
