Why wouldn’t make the box on your scan n cut???❤

Kim, I stamped a greeting onto some patterned paper and wanted to cut around the greeting. machine is not picking up the stamped image. I have tried the colored image and black and white to all degrees with no luck. machine wants to cut out the square of paper. The paterned paper is a very muted geographical map. Any advice?

You seem to know quite a bit about scan n cut all around. Somehow my computer windows 10 or canvas work space something has told the CWS THINKS I HAVE A DIFFERENT MACHINE. I have the scan n cut 2. Don’t know if when I had os reinstalled it missed up a bunch or an update I truly don’t know what the real cause was. I just want to be able to use my scan n cut 2 cm 350. I can not afford to pay for support to help even if they would. Can you help me?

Love watching your SnC videos. Have you tried cutting the big flowers from hues of happiness paper? The dies take a long time to cut them all out, lol.
