CATCHING LIGHTNING WITH THOR'S HAMMER

We traveled down to Applied Tesla Technology in Texas a few months ago to attempt some HIGH VOLTAGE experiments.

The lightning being produced is more than enough to kill a person instantly. For safety, we wore faraday cage suits -- one-piece welded chain mail suits over our entire bodies. Having metal all around you ensures the electricity flows OVER you via the skin effect, instead of going through you. But as you get sweaty in the suit, you start to feel the electricity through the suit!

It was truly an experience of a lifetime!

3MTC Tesla Coil Specs:
• 30kW constant input power from main service
• Lightning pulses can reach the megawatt range (1000kW) – that’s half an acre of solar panels output at peak sun exposure!
• Upwards of 1 million volts
• Almost guaranteed death if struck by the arc without safety gear on
