I never said there weren't going to be any changes under the hood for the new line of iPhones, don't assume things. I was referring to the GS4 since it's what you were bashing. There are always changes under the hood for any phone from an a4 to a5 processor chips to RAM increment for the iPhone for example.
But exterior wise, the new iPhone will be the same as the last just like the GS3-GS4; GS5 will be different though :)

And you really don't think there will be drastic improvements under the hood of the 5S? Even the move from the iPhone 4 to the 4S was a double in RAM capacity, the move to a multi-core CPU, among other improvements. The comment I was replying to was assuming because the outside looks similar, that it's the same phone on the inside, as well. Clearly, this isn't the case for any smartphone in the industry.
