Ammoudi Beach

Ammoudi Beach is a sandy beach, 100x50 meters, situated about 5.5km east of Plakias. To get there by car you drive towards Lefkogeia and take the exit to the right following the sign to Ammoudi Beach or you can take the exit to Damnoni Beach and go right at the end of this beach, over a dirt road. The beach has some umbrellas and sunbeds, a small snack bar/taverna and place to park. The tamarisk trees also provide a nice shadow to cool down. The clear water is perfect for snorkelling and diving.
