Can you tell me the difference between connection And follower?.. Do we call it a connection when two people connects with each other?.. And some profiles, I guess, only have a follow option not the connect option?..

Great nuggets! I’ll admit, I was listening off and on as I put some polish on various social media “About” sections... What is your opinion of the advice that we can’t just post but also need to engage on others’ posts on LinkedIn? I’ve read multiple, repeated guidance that simply posting a lot (even if you “engage” with comments on YOUR OWN posts) is insufficient to open up the relationship door. What say you?
