Thank you so much for your feedback. I would argue to future apprentice candidates to start getting used to the lack of sleep by reducing your sleep hours little by little so the body gets used to the tough regime before hand. There is nothing worse than to treat the body with something generously and then to deprive it all of a sudden. My though is that a candidate will be better off if the body is used to some sort of deprivation before hand.

she's great for most things but for one championship i would choose louie. chief of staff needs to talk to fighters. most fighters men and i can see them naturally having a talk with louie. i think many of the fighters will be intimidated talking with jessica
