15a) Bubble Sort Intro

A VERY brief look at how the bubble sort works... Do a search on "bubble Sort" for MUCH better tutorials.. but this does serve as a decent intor before we try to solve the Sort HiScores problem... and a simple overview of Bubble sort in VB.net

This is from 2011, where the exam had a similar structure to store scores. There was a chance that it might be sorted (didn't come up in the exam that year). so I created a video about the bubble sort...  Just be aware that I am talking about a different pre-release
