There's something so nostalgic about this soundtrack, but I'm not sure what

Honestly, this theme is a perfect representation of Marcy as a character. It's presented in a fun, upbeat manor, but when you actually listen to the tune itself (like in an orchestral arrangement, slowed down a bit), it actually sounds sad and mournful. Just like how Marcy puts up a fun, quirky, upbeat face, but under, she's very sad and distressed about moving and being separated from her friends.
