Is there any expiry period for ADHOC distribute if we use UDID, b'cas client don't want to make it public. So how I can give him for life long without expiry

sir when i select development after archive, it show an error about my id, my apple developer account is expired, so how i share and create .ipa file . thanks

He don’t want to publish on app store,

He want to use with his company employee,

Now how do i send app??
Without enabling Devloper option in persons iphone???
