How does this video answers it's own title question???

Saying Owen noticed those 3 animals had legs below their bodies, unlike modern reptiles, does not answer where dinosaurs come from.

Better answer would be:
the oldest fossils with the characteristic dinosaur features are 239 million year old fossils from Southern Brazil and northeast Argentina, showing evidence Dinosaurs had their origin in southern South America...

OR

dinosaurs fossils are found all around the world, including Antartica, showing that dinosaurs spread all around pangea before it split.

Iguanodon, Megalosaurus and Hylaeosaurus are actually pretty great dinosaurs discovered in England.
