Great video! Would be awesome to see a Part2 using the TheraSol but with a slide that has a massive Perio infection and large colonies of spirochetes and amoebas.

Did you use some type of stain? If so how did you do it on live specimen. I thought when stain is used like this the spirochetes and other bacteria was dead, and not swimming around. Thanks for sharing all your video !,
