If there's one animal that comforts and connects people, it's the dog. I love 'm and have been wanting to do a video on Man's Best Friend for a long time. I wanted to portray them the way I have been filming my 0-100 years series on humans and it was not an easy feat, I can tell you. Hope you like it...

My old Mais is 12 (84). Poor girl is blind, deaf, and doesn’t have long left (she has stage 2 kidney disease) but she’s still got some light in her eyes and a smile on her face. She never fails to melt my heart. In the year she has left she’ll melt my heart many a time again.

I’ll never forget you old girl.

My dog Abbie passed away on April 20, 2022 at the age of 14 ( 103 dog years.) She had blindness, partial deafness, kidney and liver issues, diabetes, and a heart murmur. She was predicted to live to 8 but surpassed the odds. Even though she isn't here she is always in my heart. This is such a touching video and thank you so much.
