Custom BEAST PONY Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST Tutorial DIY by MandaPanda Toy Collector

Hey Little Pandas! I created a Belle Pony two months ago and i've been wanting to make her partner, The Beast. It's the most complex custom pony i've ever tried to make... not to mention THE BIGGEST pony i've ever customized!

Manda when your taking the head off the tiny ponys put them in warm water for at least 20 seconds and it's easier to take the head off the pony

do you prime the pony at all before adding the paint? did you ever have issues with paint peeling off over time?
