Hi ... Need ur expert advise and Plz provide clarity.. There is a Buyback tax of 23.296% on (Buyback price 4500 - Issue price 850) which TCS pays, however will this be adjusted with the offer price, and we retail shareholders receives net price which is 4500 - buyback tax on a per share basis?
