Hall Sensor Homing

Demonstration of homing a stepper motor using a Tic 36v4 steeper controller board and a Hall sensor. There is a rare earth magnet on a bolt in the arm that moves and triggers when over the sensor. The homing routine in the Tic software moves towards the switch until it is triggered then moves away until it releases.
